This initial visit gives you a chance to explore our kitchen displays, material samples and speak with our design experts about your vision.
Home Assessment
After your showroom visit, we arrange a home consultation to discuss your specific needs, personal taste and assess the dynamics of your space. This fundamental part of the process allows us to understand how you currently use your kitchen, your lifestyle requirements and any specific challenges your space represents. During this visit, we will take precise measurements and create an initial design concept along with cost estimates tailored to your vision within seven days.
Design Development
Once we have your measurements and requirements, our design team creates detailed plans for your new kitchen. We’ll build a series of detailed plans and images for your new kitchen. These designs include every aspect from cabinet layout to lighting placement, ensuring nothing is overlooked. We’ll present these plans to you, making any adjustments needed until you’re satisfied with the design and content.
Professional Installation
Our in-house team of skilled professionals manage the entire installation, providing complete project management from start to finish. Our comprehensive installation services include electrical work, plumbing, flooring, lighting and joinery as needed. Having a dedicated team means consistent quality and accountability throughout the installation process. All the products we supply come from manufacturers that work hard to maintain good sustainability practices.
Completion and Aftercare
Upon completion, we will hand over your new kitchen, ensuring that all appliances are registered and guarantees are in place, providing you with information about our loyalty program and aftercare services.
